Expected behaviour

On the “Add from Publication …” modal, the “Name” field allows the user to select the name of a publication with autocompletion.

Observed behaviour

On the “Add from Publication …” modal, the “Name” field doesn't activate as an autocompleting text field.

Explanation

It seems that the “Tom Select” autocompletion widget is not properly initialised for the dynamically-loaded modals. The same problem applies to the “Add from Other List …” modal.
