New crib/diagram sources should be “enabled” by default. Otherwise people will be told that a dance has a crib or diagram but it is never displayed to them, and they have no idea of where to find it.

Problem: What do we do with people who have their own preferences set? Do we append the new source to the end? What is the process for adding a new crib/diagram source?
